Robert Fitzpatrick serves as the Chief Compliance Officer of the WestPark Capital broker dealer. Fitzpatrick joined WestPark in November 2021 and has been in the financial services industry for over 40 years. After spending 10 years on the Trading side of the business, he has served in the compliance departments for several firms. He has taught Finance part-time in graduate schools, including Union College and NYU. Fitzpatrick is also admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
Fitzpatrick holds a BA in Economics from Stony Brook University and a JD from St John’s University School of Law. He currently holds the series 4, 7, 24, 27, 53, 55, 63, 65, 87 and 99 registrations.
