Structured IPO SIPO.
A Structured IPO (“SIPO”) is a process devised by WestPark Capital, Inc. through which a company recapitalizes and lists directly on an exchange in the U.S, Asia, or Europe (such as NasdaqGM, Hong Kong, TSX, LSE, etc.), by raising capital in various stages throughout the process.
The SIPO consists of a Private Placement followed by an IPO, encompassing the cost effectiveness and timeliness of a Private Placement while also retaining the increased market awareness and liquidity of a Public Offering.
