Biagio Bigica
Biagio Bigica is a Senior Vice President at WestPark Capital, where he originates and executes transactions for micro- and small-cap issuers across a range of industries. Prior to joining WestPark, he was a senior banker at Edgar Matthews & Co., an independent investment bank partnering with middle-market companies and financial sponsors. Previously, he was with Avalon Net Worth, where he led client coverage and transaction execution across specialty finance, consumer products, and business services, with additional experience in select industries. Over his career, Biagio has completed more than 25 transactions aggregating over $1 billion of transaction value. He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Fairfield University and holds FINRA Series 79, 63, 24, and 27 licenses.
