Brandon Ross
Brandon Ross is a seasoned Investment Banker and serves as the Head of Placements and Senior Managing Director at WestPark Capital; his career spans 30 years in the financial services industry. Previously, Mr. Ross was the Head of Placements at Joseph Gunnar & Co and prior to this was the Head of Capital Markets at Dawson James Securities. Earlier on, Mr. Ross had originated the Institutional PIPE Group at Maxim Group and served as SVP at Ladenburg Thalmann & Co.
Mr. Ross has completed over 200 public and private offerings, aggregating more than $3 billion in capital raised primarily for small and micro-cap companies. As the Head of Placements, Brandon oversees the strategic direction and execution of capital raising activities, working closely with clients to tailor financing solutions that align with their business objectives. His extensive network of investors and industry contacts, cultivated over decades of relationship-building, enables him to connect clients with the right partners and secure optimal funding arrangements.
Mr. Ross holds a BS in Electrical Engineering Technology from Northeastern University and received an MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business, New York University.
