Ryan Cooney
Ryan Cooney serves as Vice President of Capital Markets at WestPark Capital, where he specializes in advising corporate clients on optimal financing solutions across the capital structure, including equity and debt placements. Mr. Cooney has extensive relationships with prominent Institutional investors and Family Offices, particularly those focused on Healthcare and TMT transactions. Previously, Mr. Cooney worked in the capital markets departments of The Benchmark Company, Maxim Group, and Joseph Gunnar & Co.
Ryan is a registered Series 7 and 63 holder and graduated magna cum laude from St. John’s University with a major in Physics and a minor in Economics. He earned his MBA from St. John’s University’s Tobin College of Business.
