Morten Marott
Morten Marott is a Managing Director of Investment Banking and focuses on the biotech and pharmaceuticals sectors. He has over 25 years of transactional experience in advisory and executive operating roles.
Mr. Marott has spent most of his career as a biotech and pharmaceuticals focused investment banker with H.C. Wainwright & Co., Deutsche Bank, RBC Capital Markets and Citi. At Citi, he was also on the award-winning pharmaceuticals equity research team, where he covered the specialty pharmaceuticals and generics sectors. From 2018 to 2021, Mr. Marott served as Chief Financial Officer of a public and a private biotech company. He started his career as a Corporate and M&A Attorney, after having served as Captain in the Royal Danish Army and the United Nations Peacekeeping Forces.
Mr. Marott received his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his law degree from the University of Copenhagen.
