Priyanka Mahajan has over 17 years of investment banking and financial services experience with a focus on equity capital markets and advisory. She has originated and executed hundreds of transactions across industries, including IPOs, Follow-Ons, Registered Directs, CMPOs, ATMs, PIPEs, SPACs, M&A, and Fairness Opinions.

Throughout her career, Ms. Mahajan has been a founding member of investment banking and equity capital markets desks at several boutique investment banks. Most recently, she served as Managing Director at ThinkEquity, and previously held investment banking roles at Joseph Gunnar, Aegis Capital, Rodman & Renshaw, and Chardan Capital Markets.

Ms. Mahajan holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 27, 63, 79, and SIE licenses. She holds her MBA from Baruch College and a BBA from Mumbai University.
