Yaniv Tesler
Yaniv Tesler is a Managing Director in the Investment Banking division of WestPark Capital. He brings over two decades of multidisciplinary experience spanning investment banking, private equity, corporate development, and law. Throughout his career, he has led complex transactions and advised companies across a wide range of industries on capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic growth initiatives.
Before joining WestPark Capital, Yaniv was the principal of his own advisory practice and served as an investment banker at Sunrise Securities Corp. On the buy side, he was part of Sunrise Equity Partners, an SBIC fund, where he evaluated and executed equity and debt investments in small to mid-sized companies and managed portfolio company performance. He also worked in the Corporate Development & Strategy group at Amdocs (NASDAQ: DOX), where he developed growth strategies and sourced, evaluated, and executed acquisition opportunities. Earlier in his career, Yaniv was a corporate attorney in the M&A and securities division of M. Seligman & Co., a prominent Israeli law firm, where he represented public and private companies in a variety of transactions, including public offerings, private placements, mergers & acquisitions, and other cross-border deals.
Yaniv is a former Captain in the Israeli Defense Forces, where he served as Senior Legal Counsel in the Army Advocate General’s Corps. He holds an LLB from Tel Aviv University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Babson College.
